Hi! I’m Casey, the founder of Thoth Editing. I’ve worked with multiple best-selling authors in the romance, fantasy, and thriller genres. My goal is to take the best things about a traditional publishing house and make them accessible to indie authors everywhere.
To make things even easier for my clients, I’ve also partnered with professional formatters and cover artists at Damonza (seriously, check them out!).

Thoth Editing is a one-stop shop for self-publishers. We offer all levels of editing, as well as interior formatting, cover art, and assistance with Kindle publishing.

What do you specialize in?
Thoth Editing has brought on multiple editors, specializing in editing different genres. That way, you’re paired with an editor who know’s your genre well.
What are the rates of your services?
Thoth Editing doesn’t have set rates! (We don’t think set rates are fair.) If you’ve already got a good handle on grammar, there’s less work for us to do. Therefore, your editing rate will be lower than someone who submits a “rough” copy. Everyone wins!
Can you help with query letters?
Absolutely. Even though Thoth Editing mainly works with Indie authors, our goal is to make publishing as easy as we can for all authors. We’re happy to help polish your query letter until it sings!
How do you accept payments?
We send invoices to our clients via PayPal.
(Yes, we know about PayPal’s fees. You’ll never have to pay them–we’ll handle that. It makes tax season SO MUCH easier, though.)
